Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow the applicable return/refusal procedure, subject to our Return Policy and applicable law.

COD Orders

For COD orders, customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may affect future COD availability.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been made and the cancellation is approved, an eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method.
