Thecuddlehub.com may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products and locations. COD availability may depend on your delivery address, order value, product category, courier availability, and other applicable factors.

How COD Works

  1. Select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  2. Confirm your shipping details.
  3. Place your order.
  4. Pay the applicable amount to the delivery executive when your order is delivered.

Important Information

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
  • COD orders may be subject to additional verification. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order before dispatch.

Refusal of COD Orders

Please place a COD order only if you genuinely intend to receive it. Repeated refusal, non-acceptance, or failure to receive COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for your account or address.

COD Returns & Refunds

COD orders that are eligible for a refund will generally be refunded through a suitable electronic payment method after the required verification and return process is completed. We may request valid bank account or UPI details for processing a COD refund.
